Founded in 2014 by architect Zeid Maoulawi, Villa & More has grown into one of Dubai’s leading bespoke villa design and build houses, with a vision to redefine luxury across architecture, interior and landscape design.
The firm delivers fully integrated projects under one roof: architectural design, interiors, landscape, swimming pools and turnkey execution, backed by a large in-house team spanning design, architecture, engineering and project management. Its portfolio counts more than 300 completed design and build projects.
Villa & More’s work concentrates on Dubai’s premier villa communities — Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Bay Island and Mohammed Bin Rashid City among them — and has earned 20+ industry accolades including recognition at the Design Middle East Awards and Architecture MasterPrize.

An architect by training, he sees each project as an opportunity to create experiences that enrich lives and inspire deep connections — a philosophy behind the firm’s more than 300 completed projects.
