Founded in Dubai in 2015 by Ben Mackintosh, MACS was built on the conviction that great design is about more than spaces — it is about experiences. What began as a specialist in bespoke renovations and fit-out has grown into one of the city’s trusted names in premium villa transformation.
For a decade, MACS has delivered luxury renovations across Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Golf Estates, The Meadows and Palm Jumeirah — blending architectural precision, craftsmanship and a deep understanding of how people truly live.
Operating on three core principles — precision, craftsmanship and transparency — MACS keeps every stage in-house, from 3D design and layout drawings through structural work, MEP, joinery and stone, and manages government approvals across Dubai Municipality, DDA, DCD and Trakhees.
