K4 Fitout
One partner. Full control.
An award-winning fit-out and turnkey renovation contractor delivering luxury villa transformations end-to-end, with twelve trades and its own joinery and marble production held in-house.
Founded in Dubai in 2020 by Swedish entrepreneur Joakim Kihlström, K4 has grown from a small fit-out outfit into one of the emirate’s most talked-about integrated renovation houses — an 800-strong operation that passed its 500th UAE project within six years.
K4’s defining idea is total in-house control: architecture and interior design, structural works, MEP, joinery, marble, glazing, home automation and landscaping are all delivered by its own teams — roughly 95% of every project executed without subcontractors, supported by a dedicated joinery and marble factory in Dubai.
The work concentrates on Dubai’s most exclusive villa communities — Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Islands, District One and Dubai Hills — and has been recognised with the Platinum “Best Residential Home” award at Dubai’s Top 50 Homes and Interior Design of the Year at the MENA Commercial Interior Design Awards.
