Greenbull Contracting was founded in Dubai in 2020, starting with a single villa funded from the company’s own capital. That first project became a model it went on to repeat, bringing design and engineering in-house so that quality and programme sat under one roof rather than being spread across consultants and subcontractors.
The company’s defining idea is a single point of accountability: one contractor holding architecture, interior design, structural and MEP engineering, approvals, construction, joinery, pools and final staging on one contract, with a dedicated project manager as the client’s only point of contact. It also works alongside a client’s own architect or designer where one is already appointed.
The work concentrates on Dubai’s ultra-prime villa communities — Al Barari, Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah — and draws on fifteen years of experience across Switzerland, France and the UAE. It has been recognised with the People’s Choice award at Dubai’s Top 50 Homes 2025 and, at the Gulf Business Awards 2026, for excellence in sustainable luxury redevelopment.
