A vertically integrated luxury design-and-build group specialising in bespoke villa construction, ultra-prime renovations and interior fit-outs delivered entirely in-house — from architecture to its own joinery manufacturing.
Founded in Dubai in 2021 by civil engineer Raji Daou, DMDC was built to solve the fragmentation that plagues ultra-prime home projects — consolidating design and architecture, contracting, woodworks, estates and project management under one roof, so a single team answers for the whole home.
The model has scaled at pace: in roughly four years the group has grown to over a thousand in-house professionals, including a 30,000 sq ft bespoke woodworks facility, delivering more than 350 projects across Dubai’s premium communities.
Recognition has followed — Fit-Out Contractor of the Year at the Construction Week Awards, Design & Build Project of the Year for its Sanctuary Falls villa at the Architecture Leaders Awards, and Luxury Lifestyle Awards for its Aseel villa renovation in Arabian Ranches.

Raji Daou
Founder & Group CEO
Raji Daou founded DMDC in Dubai in 2021 after early hands-on experience on site under his engineer father. Trained in civil engineering, he built the group around a design-driven, quality-first approach to construction — now spanning five divisions, from architecture to project management, with more than 350 architectural and 400 interior projects completed. He was named to Construction Week’s Power 150 List in 2025.
