Creating Homes
Crafting spaces that inspire and delight.
An award-winning residential design and build firm delivering turnkey villa renovations and interiors to European standards since 2009.
Founded in Dubai in 2009, Creating Homes has grown into one of the emirate’s most recognised residential design and build houses, built on a simple philosophy: homeowners should be able to create sophisticated, livable spaces that enhance their lives.
The studio is led by Design Director and co-founder Claudia Baliyan, whose career began in New York and spans more than fifteen years in interiors and property. The firm keeps its core expertise in-house — designers, project managers, site managers, MEP and masonry specialists — and assigns each client a dedicated project manager from concept to handover.
Creating Homes ranked on Design Middle East’s Fit-Out Powerlist and holds a string of industry accolades, including Design & Build Project of the Year and Boutique Firm of the Year. Its work — including the Bali-inspired Casa Blanca villa in Jumeirah Islands — has been featured in Mojeh, AD Middle East, Vogue Arabia and House & Garden.
